Main tasks:

Supervision of the management, control and monitoring of activities related to the unit of the academic accreditation system, and taking of appropriate measures and decisions to organize and improve work.

Responsibilities:

Supervision of the management and maintenance of the electronic academic accreditation system and related programs.

Supervision of the electronic archiving of information and documented data for institutional and program accreditation.

Supervision of the preparation of periodic reports on the results of program performance and the results of the faculties and institutions evaluations by the academic accreditation system of the vice deanships.

Supervision of the development of administrative and technical regulations for the optimal use of the electronic accreditation system.

Contribution with the training unit to developing training packages on how to use the electronic system for accreditation and quality.

Coordination with the units of the deanship on how to provide support and how to manage the electronic system.

Provision of support on how to manage the electronic system of academic accreditation and quality units for university faculties.

Powers:

Approval and submission of the annual report of unit’s performance and achievements.
